Intersting you posted this Tim. I did this today, put the green tank on the "03" sport, really a leftover 02. Looking for any tanks, not picky on chin pad or not. Anything but champagne really. Red is preferred;)

Hello Guzzisti! Just want to check in to see if there are spare gas tanks out there. Thinking about changing colors and would prefer to stay stock at the moment. So if you have a spare tank that doesn't need a respray (I already have a greenie to respray) please let me know condition, color and price. Thanks all!!

I also spoke to the brief owner of the Scura and he confirmed my suspicions on that bike. I wouldn't pay more than 4k out the door on it. They want close to 6k after all their fees. The greenie down south has full Ohlins too. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

I contacted the owner last week and decided to pass at the moment. I purchased a second V11 in the fall and if I add a third I might be sharing the garage with them. Looks pretty good and the price is right. If you need me to put eyes on it for you, I am only about 20 minutes away.

Monroe Motors in SF The sell Ducati, Triumph and Guzzi Not bad guys once you get to know them, but not the friendliest bunch either. A little on the salty side, perhaps due to their location being in the hipster Mission District.

I have a spare silver tranny in SF with about 13k miles on it, in excellent working condition, good physical condition as well. Bike was always kept indoors.

Nice GB Docc! I have had many a CB of all sizes from the 70's heydey. Always lusted after the GB, must be the best looking "classic" bike honda has ever built. For me, I am down to a one bike right now. My new to me 03 V11 Sport, hoping to add a Thruxton R next January when I can pick up a leftover 18 for a good deal.

Hard to justify keeping the Greenie when the Scura is sitting next to it. Someone else will get to enjoy it more and it would be very difficult to find another in this condition. What is the new bike Scud? -
I almost bought a Scura from a great gent named Bob in the fall. Excellent condition, except the repaint, just sprayed over everything, it really put me off. But nice farkles and only 10k on it. He sold it for $4100
