  1. You have a pic of one? Never heard of Sport Cycle Pacific making parts unless they're affiliated with the guy who makes the Guzzi valve covers. Only aluminum anything I know of for the V11s pertaining to the intake is an open airbox frame. I have those on my Guzzis. They make cool sounds.. 😎👍
  2. Are these REALLY fetching that kind of money?
  3. Soft bags can be a tough fit on a V11. My best advice is to find something with some type of velco to go around the rear footpeg bracket to secure them. Best bet though is to get the Hepco Becker setup which is now rare and expensive. But works perfectly.
  4. Ridden that many of times. Azuza to GMR? Great ride.
  5. Sadly Australian conservatives to American standards is still socialist..🤣 But even socialists can be fascistic. Enough politics. Way off tangent.
  6. Who are you to talk? You're not even American. Far better than that fascistic clown running Australia. Morrison? Ran out of anything to say so you try to attack American politics? Seriously? 🤣
  7. Always the Australians that talk the most crap. 🤣 That's fine. But I do find it humorous to see an Australian criticize "Abject Silliness." To each their own.
  8. Unlike yourself I actually periodically watched this bike get built. It's literally a ground up build. The frame started from a 12" diamond trellis mockup. The motor was completely redone. Everything was custom made for that bike. The rear shock alone on that thing costs as much as your V11 . The only donor parts are a 1400 Cali motor and a V7 Racer tank. But the motor internals were ground up redone. He's getting 140hp+ out that Cali motor and offers a supercharger.. I mean mock it all you like. I like more agro myself. But honestly after knowing what went into that thing? It's a $40k bike. So you watched a youtube video which caught you up to speed in this thing, right? What was it? 2-3 minutes? Fully informed...
  9. That bike is a work of art. Read up on it.
  10. I'd rock those barends. Maybe my CRGs wouldnt spin..
  11. I consider the V11 Lemans as the 900SS' fatter freakier sexy cousin. Both bikes are pretty. You'll spend more time gazing the Duc. You'll ride her but she's higher maintenance than the cousin with junk in her trunk who will let you ride her all day. Sorry if the analogy is a little too pornhub but remember we're talking Italian bikes here. 👊😎
  12. I can see that in New Mexico. I bet no one will work on it there. I see that here in AZ too. Someone in SoCal will snatch that and do the drive to pick it up. Especially at that price.
  13. A remap, throttlebody synch and a valve adjustment will cure your symptoms. It may just need maybe 1 or 2 of the 3 but you mightvas well knock it all out. Check the throttlebody boots for leaks or cracks.
  14. Been listening to Argentine music lately. A gringo that shoots the lingo. Might be in Spanish but you'll still love the melody...
  15. If it's for a pre-2002 it's a bit of work. I still have one I bought and planned fitting to my Lemans about 2-3 years ago. It became a $140 wall ornament. Turned out to be a nice touch..🤣
  16. Ooooh, where you get the carbon bodywork???
  17. I got this baby for my Lemans. It's a nice faux suede. Looks really good. Mind you though made for our bikes it's a tight fit since the faux suede is plush. It'll be a little tight to lock in but it's a nice upgrade.
  18. I use CRGs on my Scura. 3" mirrors. They work well. It was tough though to get them from stop spinning. A little silicone and a washer worked pretty well.
  19. Cool vid. Kinda reminded me of a Steve Irwin clip. I was waiting for the narrator to jump out from the camera and wrestle one of you. Guzzis in the wild.
  20. 1 part of it. When I first picked up my Lemans I tried as much as a strap or pouch to hold gloves when I wasn't riding or even an allen key set. Rookie mistake.
  21. Tried it.. Slip a bag in there and find out...🤣There's a reason...
  22. Or MG can do it cheap with parts they already have going with a V7 chassis, a V85tt tuned for more power (twin throttlebody maybe. ) and some cooler components and different bodywork than the V7 Racer... 🤔
  23. What I mean is a proper suspension setup. If the bike isn't sending the tremors up into your spine. My Lemans I had the suspension rebuilt and resprung for my weight. Did wonders. Shaved some foam in the saddle as well. Worked for me.
  24. Nice to see I'm not the only bugger falling apart. 🤣 With the V11s that works wonders is customizing the seat. Stock seat. Narrowing the front part of the saddle where the bottom of your thighs hit does help with your hips. I did it to both my seats. They just take a little off. Plushing the rear suspension just a little helps too and for me hasn't affected handling. A proper tune? It took me years to tune my Lemans to make it an all day rider. It can be done.
  25. The stock La Franconis are super heavy. Mistrals (aluminum) are probably half the weight. Maybe 5lbs(good guess). I've installed steel ones that are probably lighter. Your carbons are even lighter. My M3 carbons were under 4lbs (even lighter now after I had them cut). As for shipping it's a tough call to guestimate due to packing. Bubble wrap is best. Where they'll get you is on mass. I think I paid $30 shipping my carbons. Using your own scale to guess is pointless since UPS or Fed Ex will rule by theirs.. Sorry for the rant.
