  1. one to paint and add extender, one to keep stock. I hope they're common
  2. I'm older than most, younger than many. I was drafted to service and reported to Ft Knox on 8 May 1969. Hendrix played my hometown venue, fairgrounds "coliseum" (or as Zappa called it - a Barn) on 11 May '69. I was very disappointed. No worries, I'll see him when I get out. Of course he died in '70. When I got out I went to every concert I could. There were a slew of mini festivals touring in those days. You could pay 6 or $8 and see as many bands in one day-night. Foghat ELO Chuck Berry Richie Havens Its a Beautiful Day Eric Burdon Ike & Tina Rare Earth BB King Johnny Winter Edgar Winter etc etc. At one such festival early afternoon, outdoors, Louisville '73ish.. (ok I was in a celebratory mood)(and maybe napping) and I hear All Along the Watchtower coming from the stage. My first thought was Jimi recorded. In fact it was Mahogany Rush. I had never heard of them. So few videos made from those days. one from 2001 - youtube says I can't embed it 'Voodoo Chile Montreal 2001' if it doesn't show up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPUjWIKAYvU
  3. for sport/lemans. gonna need a new one. ugly is fine, just not broken. thanks there's one on epay I don't want
  4. Looks great from here Phil. Would a clear coat help your perception or is that something you can't do at this point with 2pack?
  5. IDK for positive. The one in my brochure looks black... mebby not.
  6. Great idea Gio! I have just the right (little) one. Must remember to not set boot on fire. Glove too.
  7. They were black on champs. Love it. I've taken to running a black cowl on the Tenni
  8. For the record, I didn't call any artist, band, album or song, ridiculous. I said this particular duet was. They are both great singers. I just don't get the pairing. The video was very unfortunate. MTV. 'Killing the blues' is way up on my list of best songs ever written. A strong beautiful song on it's own. The only times I've heard it live was from Shawn Colvin, 24-25 years ago. I've been playing it this way since.
  9. clean low mile '02. I luv the champagne color.
  10. completely covered in Armor All

  13. Reading the Co. info at the bottom it appears they are made in TN!
  14. ok, we're talking Planet? I'm going with the Bingham Chippy, Notts., UK. Piled high with chips, sausage, and mushy peas. Down your neck before you can walk across the street to the Wheatsheaf Pub for a Guinness & Mild. omg (may have to renew the passport)
  15. Did you get the plain or twill weave. at different places in the photo it resembles both
  16. It shouldn't break. Minor sand blasting, maybe a chip here and there. Easy enough to keep polished with a fine abrasive aluminum/metal polish like Flitz or equal. Maybe a respray with clear. Looks great and less than 100US seems cheap enough!
  17. Looks like parking might be tough. Any recommendation on that?
  18. Looks great! wth is 2k paint?

Price out the exhaust system you'd rather have and sell the D for that price. As was said, someone who want's it will buy it... they are rare. For myself, the visual charm of the Spine frame is preserved and enhanced by the use of a high quality dual exhaust system. Congrat's on the new bike! show her off when you get 5 minutes!
  20. I love this thing... I've seen this guy's bikes come up for sale for years. https://www.ebay.com/itm/283767174015?ul_noapp=true
  21. Benoit! beautiful! Everything looks new. (bike too) I didn't know Guzzi made/offered accessory bags.
  22. As a Guzzi owner, it's good to keep up with what's cheap. Welcome Amorallity. Thinkin about a Guzzi?
