Alright All, can i get opinions on this? I ordered some new silencers from mivv and when they (eventually..) came i noticed a couple of cracks in one of them. See pix below. Obviously they are purchased 'new', but will they be ok? Worried these cracks just likely to grow and grow with use. Should I be concerned?

I had that when i over-tightened the shift lever.

If your main concern is reliability...... Get a honda. No, really, or a kawasaki- they're awesome bikes.

I've got a balliblio handle bar going spare cabs, give us a shout if interested. Incidentally, i've just gone the opposite way: Renthal ultralow off and tarozzi high rise clips on. The renthal was ace, very comfy and you can tweek the forks up n down in the yolks for satisfaction- just 10mm either way seemed to make quite a difference.

Hmm dunno, the hanger is welded on and the joint weld runs on the inside too. That repair thread is great, not sure if ive the time, or skills, to repair mine- the damage is quite bad.

I've never fitted the bally fairing that mine came with- it looks hideous, but i tried a small puig jobby, it was awful over 70mph due to shooting air straight in me mug.

Yeah he stopped and was fairly contrite about it. Initially he wanted to settle it there&then but i pointed at the can and said 'they cost over 650 quid'. Plus the bike landed on my helmet... His insurance has accepted and handed over to the claims company. I await a response.

Sir has good taste in bikes! Love those trx's, i looked at acouple before settling on my v11.
