Pete will warn that if your light comes on the damage will have been done to your main bearings However. My switch did fail and was replaced under waranty. The conections could be suspect. I did have a period of time where it seemed that I was burning oil and the level did drop slightly and the light would flicker on hard acceleration. But since my last oil change I topped it right up and have since noticed no discernable loss of level. I'm using a semi I forget what weight. She is getting a bit mechanical so will be checking the oil levels tomorrow and a valve lash/gear/bevel/engine oil changes before the first long trip at the end of next month. I just hope that my mains are infact Okay.

I thought you liked your Scura. If it's a Klingon bike, which one is the Tribble?

Mine came with a tin of Leder Gris wax, supposed to be better than dubbin as it doesn't rot the stitching. Use the term feeding leather products when using something like this other than polish. 2/3 rds means theres somewhere between 70% and 60% of it left. A dozen is twelve. So I've cleaned them 10 times with the polish that came with them and theres more than enough to do it 2o more times By the way they're good boots

I have Clubman Roadsters Just coming up to 2 years old. 100% waterproof the only wet foot experience I will attribute to water running down the inside of my leg from leaky over trousers and not blame the boot. It was a down pour of deluvian proportions. I've fed them less than a dozen times still have 2/3 rds of the tin that came with them. My foot did start to get cold on the way from Wales, but it was still one of the warmest bits of me. When I first got them they were very awkward to put on for the first 1/2 dozen times. Had to be very precise with having your foot angle to leg just right to do the zip up. But suppled up quickly just as they said they would and now just jump on to my feet. But still get nice snug secure feeling. I wear them with fabric trousers going over the boot, If you wear leathers it might be a bit tight depending on how far your leathers go down, width of calf etc. (I just put them on with my thick long socks and my normal denim jeans rolled around my leg and they did do up but was tight. Probably longer in the leg than leathers would be and went down beyond the top cuff. The cuff has plenty of adjustment so should be okay) If you want a plain black boot without all the poncy external armour and trim they're great. When this pair start to wear I'll get another pair and then get these refurbished.

I should just make it, I'm going on to a raw fish diet and doing lots of yoga.

When I booked mine in February on line no discounts. I got it for £70-00 Fishguard - Rosslare on the Stena Europe - slow boat and I've gone for the 0245hrs crossing means I can RBR around Wales on Thursday, I can catch 3 hours kip on the crossing and then make my way to the camp site, pitch my tent, have a pint and a doze. This worked very well last year and to make it better this year I plan not to drop the bike on the ferry On the way back I've got the 2115 crossing booked. Last year arrived early and got on the fast cat, no upgrade cost. Not sure exactly what my return plans will be, might see about a transfer to a more northerly port.

I think he's from a splinter group off the local hog branch. I think that's where his roots lie.

It didn't hurt. No I didn't enjoy it. I found it a rather deflating experience. Though a satisfactory outcome. Yes, I was home for lunch unexpectedly And she was able to read all about it on this very forum. The secret to a good relationship is communication. -

Crocodiles and chickens a tangible link to dinosaurs, so there's hope for Guzzis hanging on despite the evolutionary process. -

I also had a screw in the rear at the begining of the year. As I had new rubber I was in the quandary. My preference has previously been to replace. A decision that is easier with older tyres. On this occasion I went for some ultraseal goop, It sealed the puncture and I've got no adverse reports. £25 verses £200 no contest really. I'm not sure I would add it as a matter of course as insurance, but might carry a bottle as well as my mushrooms and inflation capsles when touring. -
When researching this post I found his watch appreciation forum. He has had the Cobra blue ceramic coated which makes it even faster than the Krypto. Something to do with blue shift no doubt (Doppler effect) So it seems that there's no chance of his V11 languishing unused currently.

Slightly tangental, I was browsing today and came across this coop -
I only got 5.5 years and a £500 fine. Though that should be reduced as the I could have used a statutory defence for the punching.

It's a part of V11Lemans.com folklore. Only a few can remember those dark and terrifying days where the board was stalked by Captain Nemo armed with the fastest V11 in the American North Wet (sic) which empowered with it's Cobra exhaust and anti stealth paint could almost crack Mach 1 as recorded on its bicycle computer. There were titanic struggles between Captain Nemo and the champion of moderation. Eventually Captain Nemo was unmasked and his mild mannered alter ego Enzo came to the fore. Attempting to beguile as the voice of reason. But Captain Nemo wasn't banished. He gathered his disciples about him on the Rolling Crows forum. He would make occasional return visits. But all things change and Captain Nemo was enslaved by a monster a Honda RC51 he tried to tame and called "Krypto" and drifted even further away from the light. This Krypto was so powerful and fast it could fold time. But again things change and now the Rolling crows have been disbanded becoming the Dead Crows where they can talk about taking over the world through the subjugation of time itself. Enzo the grandmaster is attempting to control time, regathering his disciples through the manufacture of watches. He still has interests in motorcycles though. Our world is certainly different without him.

I was surprised to find that "He" handn't posted. I'm sure there could be a suitable topic leading on from "Floss" -
Next you'll say you've upgraded your tent and we'd have nothing to poke fun at you with Which is your number 1 bike now the Scura or Centaurno? I'm sure Keith will want more details of the "New single plate" Edit - seen your comments on the V11vV10 thread but a bit on the fence.

Sounds like she will be fully sorted. There's nothing wrong with worn around the edges if you don't mind. It means you can spend more time riding and less cleaning especially when its cold. Mine will never be bike of the month, But it does mean it's not the end of the world if she picks up another little scuff or scratch. I was less than pleased when I got my first. I still love her and I'm a little tatty around the edges also.

Hey Salome, is this part of your smoke screen to distract attention away form the ligerie thread. Thats two veils used up, five more to go and we'll see you in your finest, bra and pantie set
