MGCycle in the US or Motomecca in the UK You will need to have it sprayed Tenni green.

Shirley you mean

Jason, how come you were in the womans restroom? Is this you alibi for the depository?

You've got no chance. The last person who went your way has been consigned to a life of chemicals and bacteria. He is subject to constant jibes about ointment because of this. Through necessity he has taken to living in Artic environments where the bacteria are in a state of stupor and has taken to wearing dark glasses in an attempt to disguise himself. or Belfast thats the wrong type of dike express.

I'm glad it worked. I've not been able to test it myself as I don't have a hairdryer. Always been a bit superfluous

There was this thread which featured shims made up to replace the OE gaskets which allowed the pipes to be clamped down hard http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2528&hl= Some intresting comments on the pros and cons as well

Just watched the highlights - couldn't watch it live clashed with childrens TV Well worth a watch and if you can catch the 125 as well

That's what I did. But on tightening at the cylinder heads splayed the pipes pulling out a bit on the cross over. I will do this again when I've got new bolts. The originals have started to round- thats what happens when you use th OE tool kit. Managed over 6000miles since I last did this. I did notice that it has become a bit looser recently. My under the tail spares include gaskets for the balance pipe

This is my peeve with my bike. I can't remember this being an issue in the first year of it's life. But when the headers cracked and were replaced, on replacing the balance pipe the dealer managed to graunch the gasket so it started blowing within 100 miles. I then went through several weeks of waiting for them to get new gasket, in the end I got my own. I can't get it to all line up as tight as I would like and there is 5-10mm shoulder of the balance pipe protruding at one end.Line it all up and when tighten down at the heads they pull apart and expose the balance pipe spigot(?) further. I have suffered from not having done those nuts up tight enough, lost two and with only one nut per cylinder the balance pipe kept working loose and eventualy fell out, had to keep stopping to kick it back together and retighten thoose bolts. It is still loose to move despite the bands being tight. The bolts are starting to round as well. I have new Allen keys and will be getting some new bolts and will attack it again. I have the same issue on one of my silencers also. Despite stoping on group rides and suffering the attention of first BigJ and then the following day Baldini, apparently it still vibrates when riding. I can't see it so doesn't bother me (untill it falls off) I could be tempted to replace the who lot with pre 02 pipes. Nice shiny ones with a set of Saintunes to match, but would show up my blistering cases even more.

Hairdryer? Softens the adhesive so can be pulled off.

I couldn't get the push together and then pull apart to work, so I ended up using an open spanner to just put a little leverage to pop the lines off. There are two electrical connector boxes and I think I only had the one vent tube to disconect though there were two nipples

Do you know the outcome?

I like the way he's using the whole road to improve his view around the corner to see the oncoming traffic. All he needs to do is tighten his line to regain his side of the road

Well I said I'll be back with the answer. I googled (yahoo actually) Triumph and Joan and came up with this Perhaps I should have used Fonz instead

Traditional Guzzi racing colours and Omobono Tenni won the Lightweight TT in 1937, on a Moto Guzzi.

No afraid not, thought it would make a good catch line and photo being a bit portly. But there is a strange attraction towards the Road King, It's probably gravitational.

Did it last night but being at work couldn't save the picture allready scourced Ryans post ( yes I'm that sad) to one last november on Vintage Japanese Forum , Why aren't they in the shops by now? Oh I forgot I don't go into Harley dealerships. THis is a good as time as any to dig out my " Two Fatboys together " photograph If you're really lucky will take another at the NEC. Reminds me its Time to grow my winter coat. And must make sure the Guzzi T shirt is more prominent.

I find that as well. There's always the risk of embarrassment if your nails are in last years shades, let alone ones that went out of fashion 5 years previous.

There is the Buell Blast which has been mentioned on other threads, and a good opportunity to tie them all in together. Now I'm given to understand that it might be a bit of a beast and you might like to work up to it. I think you've probably got enough experiance to cope. but if you need further advice you can ask Joan A handy online test of the Buell Blast

The was one at the International V11 Meeting last September. First (and only) time I'd seen one. Very nice. The new one doesn't appear to be as nice in my opinion.

"There are 10 types of people in this world, those who understand binary and those who don't" Is this the type of thing you're looking for?
