So, my LH switch pod gave up the ghost. Specifically, the hi/low beam switch quit switching on me, and the action on the turn signal cancel detent had gone south. So, I wired up the K&S 12-0030 universal handlebar switch today. I've had the switch on the shelf for a few years now, but it's still available when I looked online today. Quality is surprisingly high for the price (I paid $60.00 at a local shop) and the wiring wasn't too bad. Functionality seems pretty good, with all the switch positions working as advertised and the switches all have a nice, positive action. Anyway, it's done and I thought I'd post the wiring colors and what they match up to. Might save someone a little time. This is for a 2002 LeMans FWIW, and of course you'd want to verify your own wiring.
