Look closely at the brake hub and you can see that it really doesn't go with those forks. The hub has a "slot" cast into it that would normally mate with a tab on the back of the fork leg to anchor the hub in place. This one has an anchor rod added. Note that the rod is bolted to the brake hub over the slot.

 

Nice little bit of homebrewed engineering. Maybe from Team STUMP Racing?

Honest... I don't know. And as for contacting the rider/owner to find out(he's from the same country as the bike's manufacturer, and his last name is also a famous bike brand, btw); I don't speak his language and I'm quite sure he doesn't speak mine.

 

One last hint: it's not a one off.

Almost a week later and no more answer.... Ben? :D

 

It's a Yamaha HT-1 90 cc racer owned by Masakuni SUZUKI.

Originally it was a dirt bike.

The color hint: red/white from the Japanese flag and Yamaha racing colors
