Guzzirider Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Spotted this on t'internet. Looks cool- I don't have the space or the money unfortunately! Magni for sale He also has a Tenni for sale but they are very common. It does have high comp pistons in it, apparently.
Van Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Beautiful motorcycle the Magni !! l wish l knew more about their racing pedigree. But now to the real matter at hand...... when you say..."a Tenni for sale but they are very common".....you had better smile Cheers Van
Alex-Corsa Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 One thing I can't like about that bike is the complete alteration to the worse of the design. As I always said and believe there are quite few if any alterations you can do to a Guzzi and still remain nice Fat tank, contrary to the nice slim design Guzzis supposed to have, full fairing, OMG that's ..I won't say what it is,but at least is imposing an Guzzi trying to be a Japanese RR thing or something, and that tail is kind of turned upwards like it is also trying to do something but not really something. Sorry if I just sound so negative it is just so ugly looking thing to me , I had to say it.Nothing to do with the class of a i.e. Supertwin , when comes to custom bikes.

Guest PAULSMART Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Magni Australia....I think?? Gorgeous in my opinion , I was very serious about getting one prior to the V11. TLM had one in stock, and at the time (before the euro) the exchange rate, made the price approx £7500 - 8000. It was just the hassle of getting it from TLM to UK and then servicing etc that stopped me, plus a great deal on a V11, which had the new 6 speed gearbox. So, I would think the bike for sale is a bit on the high £££££ side

No denying the exclusivity of the Tenni, but the bikes built by Arturo Magni are a step above most everthing else, not just in rarity. The vast majority consider his bikes to be glorious in design beauty, except the latest Sport 1200 based model, which is a bit of an anomoly because of it being based on a 1200 Suzuki Bandit. The racing heritage of the Magni's is not something paramount in it's history, but that the mind and hands of Arturo Magni [the legendary race tuner for MV Agusta] are all over his bikes. Indeed, his MV Agusta Magni replicas are commanding the same prices as originals. Ciao, Steve
