Ouiji Veck Posted March 4, 2007 Posted March 4, 2007 We're working up plans for a monthly(?) breakfast and ride figuring north and west of Worcester Ma. would be a good central location (an hour for me) for a quick b'fast with great roads heading north and west. Just a heads up ..it wont come together before May. Any input?
Ouiji Veck Posted March 5, 2007 Author Posted March 5, 2007 It's going to be more like 3 hrs for you Guzz... Looks like a good sled to do it on... unless ya want to camp out in my yard the night before....heck ..for that matter I might just scoot up and camp out up there the night before....who knows. Like I said it's a ways off.
waspp Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Worcester is a bit of hike but I'm up for it. I do ride western Mass often Rt2, 16 and rt 8. and others roads over that way. Great area to ride, keep me informed.
Ouiji Veck Posted March 5, 2007 Author Posted March 5, 2007 About an hour and a half on the slab for you waspp..maybe a little more. There wont be no cops....really.....
Tom M Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Worcester is great for me but I probably wouldn't be a regular. Too much house stuff and kid stuff going on.
waspp Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 About an hour and a half on the slab for you waspp..maybe a little more. There wont be no cops....really..... I got nabbed just outside of Pittsfield last year coming home from the IMOC show, It was getting dark and I wanted to get over Petersburg pass with a little daylight left. Fortunately they gave a pass ... because of my stellar driving record! As much as I hate the slab thats certainly possible.
Ouiji Veck Posted March 5, 2007 Author Posted March 5, 2007 !! It's hard to go under 80 down that section....I think they look the other way@80.. Just a theory .... Yea...I was thinkin' we could / should get coordinated for the IMOC thing too. Worcester is great for me but I probably wouldn't be a regular. Too much house stuff and kid stuff going on. Ain't nothin' regular about any of us......
nhmainiac Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 Count me in as a regular. Worcester works for me as I live a 1/2 hour northeast of Boston. The Mass Guzzi riders are also starting to plan the March ride.
WitchCityBallabio Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 Count me in. I also am about a 1/2 hour north of Boston (Salem).
Ouiji Veck Posted March 6, 2007 Author Posted March 6, 2007 Great... I have a similar thread going over @ Wild Guzzi http://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?board=1.0 There's a handful out east and a handful out west..Albany etc. I'm presently thinking a possible dual and separate breakfast and get together for lunch in Putney Vt. nhmainiac...whats up with these Ma Guzzi riders? I gotta go ferret them out... We can do this...or do sumptin'
nhmainiac Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 Here is the link http://www.geocities.com/MGNOC_mass/. Tom Halchuk is the Mass rep. I think he is trying to put together a March ride. His e mail along with other good information is on the site.
JoeV11 Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 I'd be interested in riding up with you Ouiji - you'll pass my way between Westerly and Worcester - Joe
