KiloSjon Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 I found some HB Junior bags (both in 30 and in 40l) on ebay, but I cannot find a rack for mounting them. - Is this available for the V11? (think so, but cannot find it used) - If so, what would it cost new - If not, what would be compatible bikes to buy it from? (for example I found some used racks from a VFR and a CBR1000) Thanks
Guest Britcheflee Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 There is a bracket for these bags for the V11 - call Chris Canterbury at www.eurotechmotorsports.com Eurotech Motor Sports 1017 Willow ST. Greg Field Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Since you are in Holland, it might be cheaper to get them from TLM.
Guest Britcheflee Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 OOOps! Didnt notice that - maybe find out the correct mounts needed and contact the company directly in Germany? Lee
KiloSjon Posted March 20, 2007 Author Posted March 20, 2007 Since you are in Holland, it might be cheaper to get them from TLM. Thanks, I will give them a call. So if I'm correct I can expect a price of around 250 EUR for the rack that doesn't fit out of the box?... (add 175 for a set of used bags, and it becomes a bit of an expensive adventure...)

Yes there is some expense adding these bags, but there is something to be said for waterproof, lockable storage...

Oh I definetely agree, but on my previous bike I fitted 2nd hand Krauser 40l bags, for only 195,- in total... So it's just what you are comparing it with. Having dry clothes after a long trip in the rain: priceless...
Dimitris Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Hi all, I live in Greece and I am interested in those H&B lugagges. Do you know where can I find it online in Europe? Thank you, Dimitris

At best, they will get their heels on the pegs. Otherwise, no trouble. Zoom Zoom, John Henry

No complaints about the bags. Heels are all they'll get on the pegs. I guess that's why the shields are in place on the OEM and Staintune mufflers. Sorry, not pics...
Tom M Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 Sorry, not pics... Rocker59, Here's one that I think is you with a passenger from a VA Guzzi rally link that Sean posted. Taken by mojohand on the WG site: http://www.flickr.com/photos/mojohand/6223...57600481137358/ And here's a LeMans that looks to be set up nicely for touring with HB bags from Sean's pictures: http://images.kodakgallery.com/servlet/Ima...08_0_BG.jpg?a=3
