badmotogoozer Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Forget the green paint! I want to know more about those Heads!! They look wicked evil. How did the Tenni gals get out again? Rj
Paul Minnaert Posted March 27, 2007 Author Posted March 27, 2007 that is the 4v watercooled engine, that was last year in the mas12: http://www.gg2.it/Italiano/guzzi_1.htm
richard100t Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 Do they actually sell that engine? I cant read the language but it looks like a lot of fun.
Paul Minnaert Posted March 27, 2007 Author Posted March 27, 2007 yes they sell it, are you ready to get the fastest v11? I supposed that the millepercenyto team was using one G&G powerded bike because thaty presented it like that, but the pictures show they used 2 mgs01 with 4V engine
big J Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 that is the 4v watercooled engine, that was last year in the mas12: http://www.gg2.it/Italiano/guzzi_1.htm Can anybody translate the engine details?I bought an Italian/English dictionary, but it doesnt have technical terms in it. In one pic,it looks aircooled but there's a radiator on the new racebike. There's no way it would fit a V11 without some surgery, but it looks bloody good.

So make a new tank where the airbox is now. And the radiator needs some space. I don't see a real problem. :-) The engine will just mount, its the ancilaries that need some work. Looks like a fun job to me. Or the big bore engine:-)
big J Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Wow,thanks Paul. I'm going to sell some of the children. Maybe all of them. Does it say how much?Or the Big Bore?
Paul Minnaert Posted March 28, 2007 Author Posted March 28, 2007 no it doesn't tell that, depends if you take the parts, and build the engine yourself, or let them do it, lots of possibilitys, depending on how much children you have. Maybe Madonna wants one more? But I have heard once 4-5000 euro, but can't remember for what. If you are curiuos, send them a mail. my 4v engine makes the same power, but isn't cheap either. But there is a used 4v 1225 engine for sale at 3000 euro in germany. find someone that takes your engine for 1500 euro, and only 1500 to go.
big J Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Thanks Paul. The children are suspiciously absent,I wonder if they've been reading over my shoulder. E4000 is good value for the amount of time and effort these guys have put in.Better than tubeless spoked wheels for E2000! I,ve mailed them, will see what they say.
