ptrkbeam Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 For sippin', I like Herradura Añejo. A mexican liquor store owner recommended this to me way, way back. There may be better brands around but it's worth a try. Done the Mezcal thing - on a diving trip to Cozumel, also way back. No fun diving after drinking that cr@p the night before. That stuff is nasty.
todd haven Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 So, Help a guy out. I gave up ripping this stuff out of my planting beds a year or so ago. now I am overrun with the stuff... How do I cook it, and who wants to be listed as beneficiary afterward? The azaleas are fading fast, the roses are coming on nicely, but I am new to this end of the agave chain. Far too much experience on the end product.
