For sippin', I like Herradura Añejo. A mexican liquor store owner recommended this to me way, way back.

There may be better brands around but it's worth a try.

Done the Mezcal thing - on a diving trip to Cozumel, also way back. No fun diving after drinking that cr@p the night before. That stuff is nasty.

So,

Help a guy out.

I gave up ripping this stuff out of my planting beds a year or so ago.

now I am overrun with the stuff...

 

How do I cook it,

and who wants to be listed as beneficiary afterward? :drink:

The azaleas are fading fast, the roses are coming on nicely, but I am new to this end of the agave

chain.

 

Far too much experience on the end product.

Put the word out on the street in the barrio that you need Jimadores.

 

They'll fight each other off to cut and cook your Piñas. :o
