tdisme Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 The plate that everything bolts up to, the casting(?) by the footpeg, on my 2004 V11 is a rather dark metallic gray and some DOLT at the dealer used his stupid cheap zipper boots to grind and gouge the finish up - thus royally teeing me off and creating the divill of a problem trying to find out the name and/or number of the paint code on the frammistat in question..... How can i find the code/color/name of the paint used and what the heck is that piece called anyway....

Why doesn't dealer have to fix this?
tdisme Posted May 4, 2007 Author Posted May 4, 2007 The red pork chops are powder coated. The grey one's were anodized (not sure) not painted. Why doesn't dealer have to fix this? The dealer has offered to fix it. A lot of work for his wrench, a personal friend of mine. If they are anodized, then I can just get him to get a new one.... This should be entertaining! Thanks for the pork chop answer all of you guys....
