Coppa/Cafe Handlebars

Looking to replace the gold tapered handlebars on my 04 Coppa. Does anyone know who makes them? Or the dimensions of the bars? I'm particularly interested in the "sweepback" measurement.

 

Ideally I'd like to get something a tad narrower, but with the same sweepback, and of course the same tapered style.
