Replace Supercharger with...........

Sounds good to me, but probably an expensive modification.

I suspect a bigger alternator could also be fitted where the current one is for less investment...brackets and new cover would have to be fabricated.

If driving lights are your primary goal, you might consider something like these

I imagine the price for them will drop quickly in the next few years.

I have looked at HID options, but fitting the ballast and the fact that most are 35+15Watts and not 35Watts as I originally thought, has left me less than enthused.

An LED taillight will save you a whopping 4Watts.

A big alternator! :bier:

So, why not? :huh2:

Damn, I was hoping you were going to say "Nitrous Oxide". I've been considering this for both of my Fuel Injected bikes. I used to run it many years ago on a carb. bike but always had tuning issues.

Unless I decide to add flood light and compete in the Paris Dakar, I can't find use for the extra electrical power. Nitrous on the other Hand.... I can always find use for it.

Maybe run nitrous to the alternator! :bier:

Yea...then sell them on ebay as the SUPERNITROUSALTERNATOR or the CHARGINATOR :luigi:

Then it would be at about 80% of a stock Gold Wing's power output!

If you run a nitrous line to your helmet, it should hurt less when you crash :rasta: and even less after the line snaps your neck
