When I checked my transmission shaft (bevel) of the v11 sport, I found out that it could slide a bit on both rods. As well on the side of the transmission housing as on the side of the gearbox the shaft can move about half a centimeter over the rods. Is this a normal movement, or is it time for a new shaft? I think the shaft should only shift in the middle. I'm a right? The cross coupling on the oyher hand looks very well.

Did a bit of research on this forum, think I found a simulary question. The answer then was: it's normal. All agree?

As long as there is no play in the bushings for the torque connecting arm above the bevel box.
