Alex-Corsa Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Don;t do roadracing but had to make some fun video with the Corsa. Nothing under 150km/h , second part after the toll is bit faster. Pure fun doing curves at t 200km/h . Nearly lost by a heartbeat it at the first right one as it got too tight entrance to the toll highway ring. .Phheeeew AFR instrument is also there. ENJOY IT http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKAdI9_rl6c And rate it TOP please, it is worth only of the music for it
Martin Barrett Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 AFR instrument is also there. I take thats what is in the top left. I'd guess that the rapidly changing numbers is the fuel:air ratio, what do the lights across the top mean? Will you leave it there or is just whilst you're tuning. Is it not distracting especially at night? Now the camera is mounted are you going to take us or a spin along some picturesque sweepers? Please.

I have left it on and since last year to improve the tunning. No it isn;t distracting unless you look at it, but it ain;t at a position to distract. I 'll leave it on as I think to make some other mods to the bike What do you mean with "picturesque sweepers" ?

dlaing Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 And rate it TOP please, it is worth only of the music for it ***** But forget the picturesque sweepers, I want to see the camera aimed simultaneously at the AFR meter, the throttle and the tachometer, so you can remap it Which wide band sensor do you have? I finally got my LM-1 hooked up, but the numbers are off the charts in the direction of lean. I hope it does not mean my engine needs work I don't think Temperature is the problem, as it did it from cold until the pipes started to glow a bit. Sensor is mounted to header pipe close to crossover. The whole unit including sensor is used, off eBay. I'll try rewiring it, as I may have a bad ground or something. TPS is reading well. RPM did not read right, so I have to rewire that. Disconnecting did not help.

I got the Bosch LSU seonsor. It is in the LC-1 XD 1 Innovate kit. It is mounted in the middle between crossover and pipe. Would also like to do that with the camera but anyways I got it tuned so when the throttle opens and at any steady position AFR is 12.3-12.9 Can't tell what is wrong to your set up If it is. But come on people rate the video. only 2 ratings . you can do better than that !!! Or chat on it lol. Goin to put some more.

Some might consider that too rich, but I'll bet you can tell that it probably rides better than ever.
antonio carroccio Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 Pity about the sound, I would expect more Guzzi music But great anyway!
Alex-Corsa Posted August 17, 2007 Author Posted August 17, 2007 Pity about the sound, I would expect more Guzzi music But great anyway! There was a problem and the sound was on and off. But there is so much wind on the camera that you dont hear that much of a sound. I will try mounting the camera at the back seat looking backwards to get sound Now get your lazy ass and write a comment over there AND A RATING. So yet another one here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEOPxoT-PTQ Miday riding in Germany before entering the Black Forest
Alex-Corsa Posted August 18, 2007 Author Posted August 18, 2007 Pity about the sound, I would expect more Guzzi music But great anyway! Well Tried s nice shooting with thew camera at the back seat. There is a problem with the sound as the bike accelerates, it goes on and off As soon as the bike goes fast the sound comes and goes. Does anyone have an idea to deal with it ?

If you have an external mike you can put it close to the exhaust outlet and wrap it up well in foam. But I have never done this, so just guessing it should work. BTW nice kudos from Innovate

Though if find a way to absorb vibrations it is getting quite good sound from the exhaust. Yes I invited them to see the video, and got a nice email back. They are very responsive and appreciated the whole thing. Well, buy some decent stuff, will you? Well I got another idea.!!! If it work you will see soon.
