I do not want to sound negative and besides it is just my opinion but...

I do not like the look on this bike. It looses its balance and looks no different then a woman pulling up the bottom of her skirt. Might be interesting on the first look but the whole elegance is gone.

Well,

tastes differ, luckily. :D

I think the higher placement of the pipes is nice.

I would like to see a picture from behind,

I expect it to be much slimmer from behind since

the slipons don't have to go "around the final drive.

Perhaps it even poosible with some tail mods to get

close to a "Ducati Superbike look":

I don't like the sillencer positioned like this, as you want it this high, it should follow the lines of the tail, what's not the case here. Also the pipe is very edgy, not "flowing" in the silencer. And this duc 916 look is classic by now, but the new thing is one silencer under the tail, see 999, cbr600rr, mgs01! Most 916 imitations were worse than the original, so why want it on a v11 where the tail is not high enough, to put much between tyre and tail.

A friend got on his bike.

The sound is really deep but really noisy ;)

It is really more than my RS with the complete Akrapovic exhaust.

The way it is made is not really fine.

Or go with the titainiums from moto guzzi. They come with shorter passenger peg mounts, and a new ECM programed for them. :helmet:

Why do you want silencers at the rear? The v11's line isn't made for high to the seat silencers. The 916 was designed to have them like that, as the mgs01. Altough I don't like the mgs01 pipe on the left.

I probably go for something based on Supertrapp Megaphones

like this:

ducati_fly.jpg

but the shaft drive make the arrangement a bit unsymmetric,

so I am just looking at alternatives. One idea is use 3" Supertrapp IDS2s,

T1_slipon.gif

which are very slim and should fit between the subframe and the rear wheel.

But it is 90% chance that I will go with the classic megaphone look,

at least this winter.

The riding season is probably over now here up north :(

the garage season begins as of now.
