MG Titanium cit - difference between 2002 and 2004

Does anybody knows what difference there is in the MG Titanium Kit between an 2002 and 2004 modell.

I have a 2002/2003 LeMans without katalysator and x-crossover. I bought a titanium kit completet with ecu and everything from my Moto Guzzi dealer to the LeMans, but have not yet come around to have it fit.

 

The thing is that I now also have bought a 2004 Cafe Sport and I am thinking of putting the 2002 titanium kit on the 2004 Cafe Sport, which have katalysator and x-crossover. I wonder - are the pipes the same?

must I buy a new ecu for 2004 modell? - what will happen if I put the 2002 ecu on the Cafe Sport???
