Question about the MGS01

I know that the MGS01 has the standard air cooled engine but I've heard that there are some modifications that turn this engine to a liquid cooled. Is that true? Does the MGS01 of Guareshi use a liquid cooled engine? Is there any topic where I could read about this modification?

Is it all that I am writting just nonsense, and I haven't realized it?
