Ryland3210 Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Good stuff, Emry! I'd like to see those two posts pinned in 'How To." What do you think: 9 times out of 10 (or more) the trouble with a V11 is traced to a connector, relay or tune-up procedure? Right on, docc. In the thousands of electrically controlled machines of various types I have built and serviced, it's even more than 90% of the time, that the problem is connectors and relays. V11's are no different. Although plug-in connectors save time in assembly and service diagnosis, screw terminals are far more relible. Ironically, the convenience of plug-in connectors is needed because many times they are the cause of the failure!
