I've actually SEEN the movie they're ripping off, its from the movie Untergang, Der, or in the US - The Downfall: Hitler and the End of the Third Reich

Its fookin brilliant. The acting is amazing the characters are spot on and it really sucks you into the madness at the end. I HIGHLY recommend the movie.
