Sport 1100 Fork Springs?

My carbureted 1996 Sport 1100 needs fork seals on its Marzocchi M1R forks.

 

While I have 'em apart, I thought I'd upgrade the springs. Stockers are a little soft.

 

Anyone know what the hot setup was/is ???

 

Seems like I've heard Progressive PS-1130 mentioned...

 

I've also thought of the Marzocchi #18.0073 Heavy spring.

 

I weigh 230lbs (not including gear).

 

Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated...
