slug Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 Any tricks to removing the alternator cover from a V11 with a front x-over pipe without disassembling the whole exhaust system?

Foxy Posted July 6, 2008 Posted July 6, 2008 If you were a rocket scientist I'd tell you that you don't need to remove any of the exhaust system to remove the alternator cover
slug Posted July 6, 2008 Author Posted July 6, 2008 If you were a rocket scientist I'd tell you that you don't need to remove any of the exhaust system to remove the alternator cover So you're saying you don't need to remove any exhaust parts to get the alternator cover off of a V11 that has a front x-over?

dabore84 Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 I also had to remove a part of the exhaust system. It's almost impossible to remove it without removing the pipes.
