Guest olly
hi guys. bought a RR45 combined reg rec for my 79 californian T3 which was stored for 18 years and I'm 90% complete in restoration. Seller told me it didn't charge. After removing the original reg and rec and wiring the RR45 exactly as diagram, i have zero charge. Book says check 3 yellow alt wires resistance should be .62 ohm. Did it, mine is 1.3 ohm. Would that constitute a complete no charge senario of just mean readings a bit high? many thanks. olly.
