antonio carroccio Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Maybe an idea to the moderators/administrators. I would like to know why a topic has been locked. Just put down the reason to the other forum users. The forum is a place to read or say something. Would be grateful to know why someone does something. In the most of the locked threads is a reason mentioned, but not always. In 6 year or something like this I never have had the idea the administrator/moderator has locked a topic in a wrong way or wrong decision. But like a verdict of a judge, the topic will be closed because…

DeBenGuzzi Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 I think I've only locked a topic once in all my time as all powerful global moderator BUT its often taken care of by paul or jaap because they know when its gone too far south, like tx south and sometimes the reasons are so obvious if you read what has been said that stating the reason would just be for someone who didn't read the thread. Don't worry too much I think the admin team let threads go on almost too far but then yank it just in the nick of time, often with warnings to straight'n up and fly right or else, what more could you axe for?
DeBenGuzzi Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 TOPIC CLOSED, because I said so and now after futher review, the topic is open again
