The progress is in the much better gearbox, the smoother FI, the better handling, the more comfortable ride, the less rear drive reaction, the excellent seating position.

The 1200 with new 4V engine will have higher power than V11.

Yesterday I read someone who wrote that they get 250 miles to a tank on the 1200 Sport 4V! That is twice the range of my Griso and V.11 and would be welcome. The 1200 must be better built and certainly looks more comfortable and well suited to be a fast tourer.

Nice one Jaap!

Will Helen be the only person on a V11 in Ulster next May?

Guy :helmet:

Isn't she getting a Griso before then?

No only really weird people buy a Griso! ;)

Ok Guy, you may be lucky to live on the island far away from the "eifel"... :oldgit:

I will be the only person on a V11, even if I keep having to 'borrow' parts from Guys Rosso Corsa to keep me on the road.

I wonder what will be my first mechanical failure of 2009??

See what can beat the collapsing side stand in June this year.

Luckily the bike was fully laden........Techno Paniers make good crash bars.....!

Hx

PS Nice bike Jaap, Just glad you didnt get red....! :P
