biesel Posted May 1, 2009 Author Posted May 1, 2009 Hi Søren, I used a Dremel, 60 & 100 emery cloth and adhesive tape (for marking the cutting edge an to avoid scratches). You have to be patient for the job The final step was polishing the cutting edge with "Autosol® Edel-Chromglanz" (Metal Polish)

biesel Posted May 1, 2009 Author Posted May 1, 2009 I must admit, it does not looks so well from the side: The last image shows the original screen and the 2 pieces I cut off. The first step (1. piece) looked better but it didn´t work for me (turbolences around the neck).
