replacing rear v11 sport shock help needed

can someone provide me with step by step instructions on getting down to the rear shock? Also some shock brand suggestions would be helpful. this is for a 2001 stock v11 sport. thnx

Hi there,

To remove the rear shock it's a case of removing the seat, petrol tank, side panels and air box first so that you can get to the shock mountings.
