Lars Le Mans
Ok I adjusted the TPM as ordered It was way of . 246mV fully closed with everything backed off. Luigi most have had hang overs that day. It is now at 156mV fully closed and 468mV at 1000 rpm. It´s a totally diffrent engine, It runs so smooth
Guest ratchethack
That's great, Lars. You're probably close to "just right" on the TPS. But I'd strongly recommend you get the idle up to 1200 RPM, or you're risking too low oil pressure to the plain bearings at idle. Remember -- the oil pressure idiot light only comes on at 2-5 PSI (0.15-0.35 Kg/cm^2). If you crank up the idle, this should put you close to the following range: Todd Eagan at GuzziTech has always recommended a PROPERLY INDEXED (150 mV disconnected, idle screw backed out, throttle plate fully closed) TPS setting of 500-525 mV @ 1150-1200 RPM idle, TB linkage connected.
