Nero Corsa questions

I'm looking at a used Nero Corsa, and had a couple of questions:

 

Does anybody know how many Nero Corsa's were built, and/or how many were imported to the States?

 

Also, opinions on what a pristine, virtually stock example with 2200 miles might be worth.

It's a 2004, which I believe is the only year the Nero was made? The seller, who is an aquaintance, isn't officially selling it (it is not listed for sale anywhere), but he has asked me if I'm interested in it.

 

I am willing to give him a reasonable price. I don't want to rip him off, but I don't want to get ripped off either. Thus, I am wondering what a reasonable price might be. There aren't enough of these around for me to really judge that, and I'm not sure how they compare to other V11's value-wise.
