Bruce Reader Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I have replaced my exploded single plate clutch/flywheel and gearbox with a twin plater. Now the clutch noise started off like a twin plate- noisy with lever pulled in. Now after 1000 km it is working fine but is noisy lever out. Any ideas ? Cheers Bruce

Bruce Reader Posted November 30, 2009 Author Posted November 30, 2009 G'day Pete, Did a quick balance of tb's after i got the bike back together and the idle was around 1300 rpm 'vaugelias'. Didnt lock the tb wheel with anything so it may have wandered a bit while ive been on the road. Get back home Wednesday and shall check it out. Cheers Bruce p.s Thanks to your work for the engine overhaul documents posted at guzziteck.dk i was able to do the rear seal, flywheel, clutch with confidence due to your efforts.
