I hate to be a wet blanket but is that thing legal?

It doesn't seem to have a plate illuminator, Reflector/

Hi Kiwi - The pic's of the one I posted are legal in FL and many others that purchased said they were legal in their states as well. I added lighted plate bolts to illuminate the license plate but after I took those shots. That little LED bar was much brighter than stock. The nice thing about Joe's is you can keep the stick so the look remains the same.
