Hmmmm.....just noticed there is a WSB round at the Nürburgring that weekend.

 

A day trip to see practice on the Saturday maybe? Its only about 150kms from Sibbe.

Not a bad idea, but the Eifel roads will be crowded with police.

Just a quick update: I just received an e-mail from La Chaussee. Paul would like to know if anybody else would like a room/bed. If you want a room please book this week. After next Sunday he will give out the rooms to non-meeting guests.

Ok, that is not far away from my homeplace. If you really like to go to nürburgring - Jaap already mentioned - the german police will be there - an they check speed by laser and loud exhaust-systems.

Well here is the plan- Andy, Linz, Mal, Helen and myself will be heading to the V Twin Rally in Fordingbridge the weekend before. We are then getting the ferry from Portsmouth to Le Havre 8.30am on Monday 30th, and will spend the next few days stripping Normandy of all its wine, beer, cheese, bread and Calvados like a plague of locusts, before heading up to Sibbe for the V11 meet. We are meeting our Dutch friend Conny at the V Twin and she will join us for the French leg.

Heading home on the Sunday night ferry from Zeebrugge to Hull.

Mal and I are planning to be on our cafe racers- can't wait

Nothing new. Basically the meeting will be the same as in 2007.

If you know a nice 150 km trip for Saturdat, that would be nice!

I'm deeply disappointed but I have to cancel this wonderful neeting.

 

I did'nt realize that the Thürigen Tour (which I booked long time ago) is at the same time.
