gothamAlp Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 http://www.motratech.com/Motratech/MGPG10.html if so, i would be interested in your feedback as i'm thinking of adding it for peace of mind purposes. thx.
pete roper Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I'd be more inclined to go with an electronic guage as I always feel that the ones that rely on a pipe are fairly vulnerable. It's quite pricey too. You could buy a guage kit like that and a two way adaptor and screw it into the oil pressure sender switch hole for considerably less. Pete
gstallons Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 I would be tempted to just check the pressure with a manual gauge occasionally and rely on the light.
pete roper Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I would be tempted to just check the pressure with a manual gauge occasionally and rely on the light. I tend to concurr. If you get the 'Flickering oil light of death'? well I have a cure for that but mentioning it will probably start a huge argument so I won't bother Pete
