5th June County Down lough shore evening ride

(and so far, the new Red Guzzi is proving way more reliable than the old black ones)

That new Red Guzzi is very advanced.

And what type of rocks are those?

I've been looking for some nice stones to photograph recently, and those are some fine examples.

Yes, I was thinking myself that B.F.G. does seem to have a thing about rocks. Can't see the attraction myself. Perhaps the fact that they don't move about much reminds him of the 8vGriso?

Me, I'am a lump of wood guy myself.

Can't get enough of bits of 4"x2",logs etc.

I did indeed put together a little booklet on 'Stone' once upon a time. Photocopied it in black and blue colour. Those were the days when 2 colour photocopiers were a fabulous new innovation. It was distributed to select cognoscenti.

If you clamour for a re-issue, I'll see what I can do.

Hmmm. A Bogwopit looks out to sea. They are not often captured in photographs, as they often go un-noticed, being mistaken for immobile rocks.

I did, myself, get a few photos of one recently.

I will post them in a while.
