swinfurkon Posted June 14, 2010 Posted June 14, 2010 V11 Le Mans Can anybody advise experience or tips on suspension adjustment. Suspension feedback on rougher back roads can be quite harsh, from both front and rear suspension. I have adjusted both to almost the softest setting but still not as comfy as my ducati with ohlins. I have also asked the Australian Ohlins distributor if Ohlins are available for the 2002 Le Mans, however no luck. Thanks in advance for any advice swinfurkon
Admin Jaap Posted June 14, 2010 Posted June 14, 2010 Öhlins shocks F&R are mounted on several later V11 models and I think there are still some new or used available at forum members. They will chime in. Can't help you with the settings on the OEM stuff.
Guzzi2Go Posted June 14, 2010 Posted June 14, 2010 Rumour is that stock fork springs are too soft. People that changed them for harder springs swear there is an improvement. Look around, there have been plenty of related posts.
