New Aprilia engine

I hope this new 90 degree 1200cc V twin engine ends up in some interesting new bikes from Aprilia. Dare I dream maybe even a shaft or belt driven version in a future Guzzi?

The Dorsoduro is one bike that was designed to take the 1200 motor when it becomes available.

I would consider that but I hate being a test mule for new engines, I don't have the patience or the pocket book

Ooh ,How bout a half-faired ,semi-comfortable, hard luggage,MGS/Monster/RSV type hybrid.From the research Ive done on various forums the Aprilia's seem to be on the level of modern Ducs a far as quality and performance(not perfect but good).Something Guzzi has been behind the curve on for sometime now.
