Works fine, just Multiquote-click the posts you want to quote and click Add reply.

Ah, that's not what I was trying to do. So I misunderstood its purpose.

 

I wanted to have an original post plus its reply as shown in the reply post, both showing in my reply to the reply.

 

When I make a reply to a post that has the two messages there, only the last writer's post shows in the reply.

 

Using multiquote, you have to go to the two posters rather than have both copied from the second 'reply' post.

Whereas if i go to individual posts and click 'multiquote' and then 'add reply'

it shows the multiple original posts.

Correct, that's a setting, I think. I believe I can change that if you like.

Yes. I've just seen it happen when I posted!

Have you changed for the whole Board?

If people don't like it I'm quite happy for you to turn it off again.

In fact

it is better to be off, as it was, if it is a generic setting.

 

Replies will become gigantic.

You can also add a reply without quoting.
