Looking for the topic about the factory register for old bikes

i'm thinking of getting another V50 III Nato from Holland, but the one I'm looking at has no papers at all.

I kind of recall there was a discussion up here about the factory opening its register for old bikes, deliver papers in some cases, and it was actually adviced to me on the MGNL forum.

I tried a search here, but didn't find the thread. Does someone recall this ?

Say, if there is such a registry, I'd sure like to find out about it! It'd be great to learn a little about the machine I have just bought. I didn't even know the model existed until seeing this one!
