Looks like Jim Blomley's bike. He's a long time Guzzi man & knows his stuff.

 

I'm guessing it's a later version of this bike (write up from UK club mag many years ago):

Thanks Keith,looks like it all right.

 

It's a bit strange,the ad says it's CRMC registered,but it doesnt look very "classic" to me.Have to assume they're now working to a later cutoff date,I think it used to be 72 or thereabouts.

I dunno current CRMC Regs, but last time I looked I thought same - about 72, disc brake Tontis were marginal...

Most likely they have a class for 80's or air-cooled twins?

Dunno about over there but the local historic club now has rule 25 and rule 20 categories which covers machines 20 and 25 years old I could see places with a much larger population base having things like rule 15 which would include things like the 1100 sports.
