Anybody know where I can download a parts catalog preferrably in PDF format for my 2002 Le Mans?

 

I thought I found a site with one available recently, but when I looked for the file download area it disappeared, never to be seen again.

I'd be interested too. Haven't seen one around. Are yousure it's from a Le Mans?

Its a V11 parts manual, not specifically for a LeMans, but I find 99% of the parts numbers OK. Obviously, the fairing and fixtures are not there.

Then click on V11 and select the year.

They do not have y2k but they have 2001 and 2002.

@ David: Very strange, the direct link to the servicemotoguzzi manuals in the fileshare section work all right for me. And the online V11 manual, which is the aforementioned CD online, needs no Yahoo login. Only when you download it.

Thanks, guys. This (angelfire.....) was the site that I had earlier found. But despite registering, the only file I could find for the Le Mans was the V11 service manual, which I already had.

 

Lo & Behold, today I returned to this site, and there was the parts manual, not as a single file I could download but as 45 individual chapters. So like a robber's dog I was in like jack flash and captured all forty-five of 'em. Unfortunately, I can't find many part numbers to the bits referenced.

 

Despite this, I intend to reassemble it as one pdf file. Jaap, would you like it uploaded to the files section when I'm done?

 

Off to get a set of 012 tyres fitted. Looking forward to increased traction and confidence ......

dave, the files are available two ways,

1- on the angelfire site, where you can view online, click on the "documatation interacive" from there you have the maintenaince manual, and a sprare parts catalog. In the catalog you have to click on a part to get it's number in the botton line. And these pdf's are copy protected, to make it not easy to copy and paste the part numbers:-)

 

2. on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/v11manuals/ or click on download zip files here on the angelfire site.

There you find all files from the angelfire site in a zipped format, with a gif file that gives yoy the directory stucture to put them in.

 

This way you can have the whole thing easy at home. I heard that macintosh computers don't do it good.

In the catalog you have to click on a part to get it's number in the botton line. And these pdf's are copy protected, to make it not easy to copy and paste the part numbers:-)

 

Thanks for the tip, Paul. The PDFs I downloaded work this way as well, so somehow I must have got around the copy protection.

 

The PDFs total nearly 3MB, so even when compiled and zipped I don't anticipate them being under 1MB, so I guess I won't be able to share them on this site. (Unless I upload them individually.)

Maybe it is a Mac thing.

The link to servicemotoguzzi works for me if I have already been there, but on a new computer or browser it does not. I think it is a cookie issue.

Try deleting any and all aprilia or motoguzzi cookies restart the browser and try again.

It could just be a mac issue.

Thanks Paul on the tip for getting the part numbers. I had no idea.

 

For Mac users who install the Service Manual, Internet Exploder appears to be the only way to go, otherwise the contents does not seem to work with Safari, Mozilla, or Netscape.

dave a quick search in google brings enough pdf copy protection crackers. I once tried and that worked.

From what I recall forummember Biesel did put all the separate pdf's together once. He sent me a copy, but I can't find it anymore... So, better ask him first before you do all the work!
