Greybeard Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Is that an FO8 on the rear of my '03 Naked? Trying to find a rebuild kit for it.
belfastguzzi Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 The conclusion from previous research etc was that there is no rebuild kit available. You need to buy a whole new calliper. (And so do I) Don't know about F08. Tonti front caliper? P32B GOLDLINE
belfastguzzi Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Here are part numbers, but I don't think that anyone was ever able to get them. A safety/liability issue? > ______________________________________________________________ http://www.ducatisti.co.uk/forum/technical-help/6436-has-anyone-rebuilt-brembo-goldline-caliper.html Parts here? > http://www.yoyodyneti.com/category.aspx?categoryID=3017 See here > http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=10837&st=15
Greybeard Posted April 29, 2011 Author Posted April 29, 2011 OK, I misread something so that's how I came up with the F08. P32B then. Yoyodyne's got the whole caliper for $88 and MG sells it $106 I believe with pads. I cleaned the caliper last year but it was still noisy so now I'll give the whole system a good flushing. Could be the master as well I suppose.

Baldini Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 FO8 (P8) were fitted to early Tonti big blocks; T3, LM, G5 etc etc. KB

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind!
Greybeard Posted April 30, 2011 Author Posted April 30, 2011 FO8 (P8) were fitted to early Tonti big blocks; T3, LM, G5 etc etc. KB So you're saying I should have one of those as well? Alright then, if I must, I must! I could tell the wife it's a parts bike.
richard100t Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 Have you tried just swapping the pads for new ones? I tried to save money and bought cheap pads once and they make noise and dont really work that well. My motto is when the solution to the problem isnt clear to always try the easiest remedy first.
pash Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 I just responded to another thread with an answer that may help here - http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=10837&p=199543
