Blackkat Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 I really love the lines of the Sport 1100 so much more but then you hear about the transmission is not as good (5 vs 6 speed) and many think it is easier/better/more comfortable to ride too. Regards, Bob Don't get me wrong because I love how the tranny shifts on my 03 Rosso and the Norge, but there is nothing like the pull from the 5 speed on my Daytona RS.
orangeokie Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Wow! Talking about "where are the V11's for sale" . . . two Rosso Corsas, a Nero Corsa, a MGS-01 replica V11 and a Coppa Italia on ebay right now. If one was ever going to buy one of the Ohlins V11s, now would be the time.

PeteTW Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Mine's not for sale...and it took me forever to find it as well. Just dig in and keep searching. Give Mark at Twiggers in Loughborough a call he sold an 07 only two weeks ago, they get them in from time to time, and I know they've got their own private collection including a Tenni although these aren't for sale! Yeahoo Whoyah Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Found this on SF Craigslist today. $4500 for 2004 Cafe Sport, 29,000 miles. Not a bad price IMO. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/mcy/2672066842.html

Trevini Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 For the UK members.... There's a V11 Le Mans for sale Here linky dinky at a dealer very close to where I work. I've not been in to look yet, but they normally get some VERY clean bikes with low miles. They also have a good reputation locally.
