But 10 years in a showroom...

I always wondered, does that mean leaks, dried up seals, gummed up fuel pumps etc etc.

Or do they hold up okay?

In a climate controlled environment, the bike should be o.k. What fuel was / is in the bike is another story.............

Been in Sonny Angel's a couple of times over the years. A real motorcycle shop. Sad to see it go. k

Yeah, I've mentioned that bike a few times hoping someone could snag it. It's pretty cool to see one brand new (sorta). He's selling off the bikes, and eventually the shop, and has quite a bit of cool stuff there. Again, he's just down the road from me if anyone here ends up buying something I can maybe help with storage or whatnot. A buddy of mine is looking at buying the Quota he has listed in another add.

Where is the shop located? I see it expired with a high bid of $6500 with not meeting the reserve.

Nat'l City, Ca. It's 5 miles south of San Diego.

I used to take my '74 Norton Commando down to Sonny to have it tuned up when I lived in San Diego in 1977. This was a real bike shop, and Sonny is a great guy. I am sad to see the shop closing, but happy that Sonny has some good folks around him now.
