Other semi-standard items are clattering clutch, gearbox oil leaks, oxidising paint and unique to the scura, DNA from this little fella :thing:

The reason I asked is because it seems that the V11s use internal fuel pump versus the Scura using external? Can't seem to locate a decent PDF parts catalogue for the Scura.

Yes, the Scura is not a distinct construction from a V11. It IS a V11, with simply a badge and an add-on name, like all the other V11 stylistic variations and 'limited' editions. As the posts say, it is the year that is more important as far as the frame, mechanicals, electrics, wheels etc are concerned.

Scura had a single-plate clutch w alu flywheel. It works great...but some broke, big time. Ohlins are special, otherwise, as BFG says, it's a tarted up second series V11 - albeit the best looking of all of them.

 

BFG - great to see you back here. I don't call in so much now as the Scura broke & I've taken up mountain biking.
