Bbennett Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 I fitted some hand guards made for a BMW R 100GS to my V11. The goal was to keep my hands warm here in the winter. It was an easy job, just had to get longer bolts and some spacers. I used zip ties for additional bracing. They make a lot of difference and I can wear my summer gloves when it is above 45 degrees F now. See attached images if interested.
cpallenjr Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Did a similar job using a kit from AF-1 Racing made to mount Aprilia Dorsoduro handguards on an Tuono. They are slimmer than the GS model and look really good. Check out the pics in my thread down the page a bit.
