REAR WHEEL REMOVAL: WHAT TO CHECK

I'm taking the rear wheel off of my 2003 LeMans Rossa to do a tire change. While I have the wheel off I'm gonna check the wheel bearings and the rear brake caliper pistons for crud on them. Anything else I should check ? Thanks !!

check the wheel bearings , inspect the brake pads and grease the driveshaft.

It used to read "Maintenance Checklist /  While the Rear Wheel is Off." Somehow, the secondary title disappeared.

grease DS but when you do the center zirk--- have the axle in place so it does not expand length of shaft or it's a bitch to get it back in when over full of grease.
