AndyH Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Looks like a Horex from the badge and general style but never seen a V twin of that make
AndyH Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Got it, Petith "Büffel" 700 Special! Made from Horex parts. Whaddya know? No wonder I hadn't heard of a Horex V twin. Internet's a wonderful thing really
luhbo Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 The badge looked like that, but googling 'Horex V-Engine' is not that easy actually. Haven't tried V-Twin, though Hubert Edit: Did it now, found this: http://www.diagnosis2012.co.uk/vtwinnews.html 1

Haven't tried V-Twin, thoughHubertEdit: Did it now, found this: http://www.diagnosis2012.co.uk/vtwinnews.htmlQuite a find there Hubert! A real V twin menagerie. Particularly interesting on page 2 was..."The Raven: Jeff Gundlach's home-brewed machine with a MotoGuzzi engine, turned into an inline v-twin, using Norton Gearbox and clutch, and Honda wheels, suspension and brakes. He can make 5 machines per year without becoming a manufacturer." (http://raven-moto.com/) and the Moto Guzzi just below... 2x Falcones?
AndyH Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Ariel Leader made me think of this, can't think why...? What is it?
helicopterjim R.I.P. Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Is that one made in England or America .... and if it is made in England, does it have the 2-stroke or the 4-stroke engine? Edit: I found a better picture and it looks like it has the Blackburne four-stroke side-valve engine so it would be a Ner-A-Car and not a Neracar.
